Terms of Service

1. Service description

This service is a GitHub download acceleration gateway for public open source resources. It relays Release assets, Raw files, source archives, Gists and Git Clone requests through Cloudflare’s global edge nodes. The service is provided free of charge and requires no registration. To cover server and bandwidth costs and to sustain long-term operation, the site may display advertising and obtain revenue through other compliant means; advertising does not affect core features such as link conversion, downloads and clones.

The service is positioned as an access acceleration tool for public open source resources. It is not a general-purpose network proxy or a network access service, and it does not provide anonymity or any means of circumventing network regulation. The service never accepts or forwards account-related requests, nor does it provide a channel for any purpose that circumvents regulation.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for normal access to public open source code, documentation and resources; it must not be used for any unlawful purpose
• Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with the laws and regulations of their country and region; consequences of misuse are borne by the user
• Clone and pull operations are read-only; push requests are rejected outright
• Please comply with the GitHub Terms of Service and the laws and regulations of your region
• Please respect the license terms of the original authors and confirm the scope of authorization before redistributing

3. Prohibited behavior

• Using the service to bypass network regulation, or to proxy or relay any content that violates laws and regulations or infringes the rights of others
• Proxying account-related GitHub operations, including login, registration, OAuth and session endpoints
• Sending high-frequency automated requests, bulk scraping, or maliciously consuming service resources
• Attempting to probe or bypass rate limits and security policies, or attacking the service and its runtime environment
• Repackaging the service as a commercial proxy for sale or resale

In the event of the above behavior, we reserve the right to rate-limit, block or ban as appropriate, up to and including suspending all or part of the service, without prior notice. Suspected violations may be reported to the competent authorities in accordance with the law.

4. Intellectual property

The service itself is open source under the MIT license. Copyright of code, installers, documentation and other resources relayed by the service belongs to their original authors; the service claims no rights over them and is not responsible for their content.

5. Service availability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it stable but do not commit to any availability metrics (SLA). Affected by the upstream GitHub status, the Cloudflare edge network and the line environment, the service may experience interruptions, latency or speed fluctuations. For reasons such as maintenance, compliance requirements, changes in the regulatory environment or cost, we reserve the right to adjust features, restrict access or even discontinue the service at any time.

6. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including but not limited to interrupted downloads, data corruption and business interruption. Please assess and bear the risks of use yourself; for important resources, keep the official original addresses as a fallback.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms according to business and compliance needs. Updated terms are published on this page and take effect on the date of publication. For material changes, we will try to give notice through prominent means such as site announcements. Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
